surah Jumuah aya 4 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿ذَٰلِكَ فَضْلُ اللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَاءُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ﴾
[ الجمعة: 4]
62:4 That is the bounty of Allah, which He gives to whom He wills, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThat which has been mentioned - about sending the messenger to the Arabs and to others - is Allah’s grace that He gives to whoever He wishes.
Allah possesses great favour and part of His great favour is the sending of the messenger of this nation to all of mankind.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
That is the Grace of Allah, which He bestows on whom He wills. And Allah is the Owner of Mighty Grace.

Thalika fadlu Allahi yuteehi man yashao waAllahu thoo alfadli alAAatheemi
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Such is the Bounty of Allah, which He bestows on whom He will: and Allah is the Lord of the highest bounty.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
That is the grace of Allah, which He bestows on whom He wills. And Allah is the Owner of mighty grace.
