surah An Nur aya 42 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ وَإِلَى اللَّهِ الْمَصِيرُ﴾
[ النور: 42]
24:42 And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and to Allah is the destination.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishTo Allah alone belongs supreme authority over the heavens and earth, and to Him alone will everyone return for accountability and requital.

And to Allah belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth, and to Allah is the return (of all).

Walillahi mulku alssamawati waalardi waila Allahi almaseeru

Yea, to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; and to Allah is the final goal (of all).
