﴿أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْكَفَرَةُ الْفَجَرَةُ﴾
[ عبس: 42]
80:42 Those are the disbelievers, the wicked ones.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThose described above in that state will be the ones who combined disbelief and transgression.

Such will be the Kafarah (disbelievers in Allah, in His Oneness, and in His Messenger Muhammad (Peace be upon him), etc.), the Fajarah (wicked evil doers).

Such will be the Rejecters of Allah, the doers of iniquity.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
