﴿قَالُوا وَجَدْنَا آبَاءَنَا لَهَا عَابِدِينَ﴾
[ الأنبياء: 53]
21:53 They said, "We found our fathers worshippers of them."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishHis people said to him: “We found our forefathers worshipping them, so we also worshipped them following their example.
