surah Maryam aya 54 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَاذْكُرْ فِي الْكِتَابِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ۚ إِنَّهُ كَانَ صَادِقَ الْوَعْدِ وَكَانَ رَسُولًا نَّبِيًّا﴾
[ مريم: 54]
19:54 And mention in the Book, Ishmael. Indeed, he was true to his promise, and he was a messenger and a prophet.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd mention, O Messenger, in the Qur’ān revealed to you, the story of Ishmael ( peace be upon him ).
He was true to his promise - whenever he made a promise he fulfilled it - and he was a messenger and prophet.

Also mention in the Book (the story of) Isma'il: He was (strictly) true to what he promised, and he was a messenger (and) a prophet.
