surah Ankabut aya 62 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿اللَّهُ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَيَقْدِرُ لَهُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ﴾
[ العنكبوت: 62]
29:62 Allah extends provision for whom He wills of His servants and restricts for him. Indeed Allah is, of all things, Knowing.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAllah expands the sustenance for whoever He wishes from His servants and constricts it for whoever He wishes; this is due to wisdom only He is aware of.
Indeed, Allah knows everything; no solution required for His servants is hidden from Him.

Allah enlarges the provision for whom He wills of His slaves, and straitens it for whom (He wills). Verily, Allah is the All-Knower of everything.

Allahu yabsutu alrrizqa liman yashao min AAibadihi wayaqdiru lahu inna Allaha bikulli shayin AAaleemun
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Allah enlarges the sustenance (which He gives) to whichever of His servants He pleases; and He (similarly) grants by (strict) measure, (as He pleases): for Allah has full knowledge of all things.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Allah expands the provision for whom He wills of His servants, and straitens it for whom (He wills). Verily, Allah is the All-Knower of everything.
