surah Abasa aya 7 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَمَا عَلَيْكَ أَلَّا يَزَّكَّىٰ﴾
[ عبس: 7]
80:7 And not upon you [is any blame] if he will not be purified.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishWhat blame will there be on you if he is not purified of his sins by not repenting to Allah?

Wama AAalayka alla yazzakka

Though it is no blame to thee if he grow not (in spiritual understanding).

What does it matter to you if he will not become pure
