﴿يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ﴾
[ آل عمران: 74]
3:74 He selects for His mercy whom He wills. And Allah is the possessor of great bounty.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishHe selects whomever of His creation He wishes to receive His mercy and blesses them with guidance, prophethood and numerous favours.
Allah’s bounty is great and has no limit.
