surah Anfal aya 75 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِن بَعْدُ وَهَاجَرُوا وَجَاهَدُوا مَعَكُمْ فَأُولَٰئِكَ مِنكُمْ ۚ وَأُولُو الْأَرْحَامِ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلَىٰ بِبَعْضٍ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ﴾
[ الأنفال: 75]
8:75 And those who believed after [the initial emigration] and emigrated and fought with you - they are of you. But those of [blood] relationship are more entitled [to inheritance] in the decree of Allah. Indeed, Allah is Knowing of all things.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThose who believed and accepted the faith amongst the earlier Emigrants and Helpers, who emigrated from the land of disbelief to the land of Islam, and strived in Allah’s path so that Allah’s Word may be the highest and the word of the disbelievers may be the lowest – they are part of you, O believers.
They will have the same rights and obligations as you have.
Under Allah’s final sacred laws of inheritance, family members are closer to one another than the previous Islamic system of inheritance based on faith and emigration.
Allah knows everything.
Nothing is hidden from Him.
He knows what is best for His servants and legislates what is in their well being.

And those who believed afterwards, and emigrated and strove hard along with you, (in the Cause of Allah) they are of you. But kindred by blood are nearer to one another regarding inheritance in the decree ordained by Allah. Verily, Allah is the All-Knower of everything.

Waallatheena amanoo min baAAdu wahajaroo wajahadoo maAAakum faolaika minkum waoloo alarhami baAAduhum awla bibaAAdin fee kitabi Allahi inna Allaha bikulli shayin AAaleemun
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
And those who accept Faith subsequently, and adopt exile, and fight for the Faith in your company,- they are of you. But kindred by blood have prior rights against each other in the Book of Allah. Verily Allah is well-acquainted with all things.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And those who believed afterwards, and emigrated and strove hard along with you, they are of you. But kindred by blood are nearer to one another (regarding inheritance) in the decree ordained by Allah. Verily, Allah is the All-Knower of everything.
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".

*53). The purpose of the verse is to make it clear that the basis of inheritance is blood relationship and marriage rather than the mere bond of Islamic brotherhood. What occasioned this statement was the misunderstanding which had arisen after migration to Madina, when the Prophet (peace be on him) established fraternal relations between the Ansar and the Muhajirun and made pairs of them declaring that they were 'brothers' of each other. (See Ibn Hisham, vol. 1, pp. 504-6 - Ed.)

اور جو لوگ بعد میں ایمان لائے اور ہجرت کر کے آ گئے اور تمہارے ساتھ مل کر جدوجہد کرنے لگے وہ بھی تم ہی میں شامل ہیں مگر اللہ کی کتاب میں خون کے رشتہ دار ایک دوسرے کے زیادہ حقدار ہیں، یقیناً اللہ ہر چیز کو جانتا ہے
