surah Anam aya 4 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَمَا تَأْتِيهِم مِّنْ آيَةٍ مِّنْ آيَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ إِلَّا كَانُوا عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ﴾
[ الأنعام: 4]
6:4 And no sign comes to them from the signs of their Lord except that they turn away therefrom.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishNo proof or miracle from their Lord comes to the idolaters except that they ignore it without paying any attention.
Clear evidences and proof of the Oneness of Allah, as well as miracles proving the truthfulness of the messengers, have now come to them; yet despite this, they turned away and paid no attention to these signs and miracles.

And never an Ayah (sign) comes to them from the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of their Lord, but that they have been turning away from it.

Wama tateehim min ayatin min ayati rabbihim illa kanoo AAanha muAArideena

But never did a single one of the signs of their Lord reach them, but they turned away therefrom.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And never an Ayah comes to them from the Ayat of their Lord, but that they have been turning away from it.
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
