surah Al-Haqqah aya 46 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿ثُمَّ لَقَطَعْنَا مِنْهُ الْوَتِينَ﴾
[ الحاقة: 46]
69:46 Then We would have cut from him the aorta.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThen I would cut the vein connected to his heart.

And then certainly should have cut off his life artery (Aorta),

Thumma laqataAAna minhu alwateena
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart:
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And then We certainly would have cut off Al-Watin from him,
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
