﴿آلْآنَ وَقَدْ عَصَيْتَ قَبْلُ وَكُنتَ مِنَ الْمُفْسِدِينَ﴾
[ يونس: 91]
10:91 Now? And you had disobeyed [Him] before and were of the corrupters?
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishDo you believe now after losing hope of life? You, O Pharaoh, had gone against Allah before the punishment by disbelieving in Him and preventing others from His path and you were one of those who spread corruption because of your own misguidance and your leading others astray.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
Now (you believe) while you refused to believe before and you were one of the Mufsidun (evil-doers, corrupts, etc.).

Alana waqad AAasayta qablu wakunta mina almufsideena
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
(It was said to him): "Ah now!- But a little while before, wast thou in rebellion!- and thou didst mischief (and violence)!
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Now (you believe) while you refused to believe before and you were one of the mischief-makers.
