surah Baqarah aya 99 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلَقَدْ أَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ ۖ وَمَا يَكْفُرُ بِهَا إِلَّا الْفَاسِقُونَ﴾
[ البقرة: 99]
2:99 And We have certainly revealed to you verses [which are] clear proofs, and no one would deny them except the defiantly disobedient.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishI have revealed to you, O Prophet, clear signs proving the truth of your prophethood and revelation.
The only people who reject these signs, despite its clarity, are those who have abandoned Allah’s path.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
And indeed We have sent down to you manifest Ayat (these Verses of the Quran which inform in detail about the news of the Jews and their secret intentions, etc.), and none disbelieve in them but Fasiqun (those who rebel against Allah's Command).

Walaqad anzalna ilayka ayatin bayyinatin wama yakfuru biha illa alfasiqoona
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
We have sent down to thee Manifest Signs (ayat); and none reject them but those who are perverse.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And indeed We have sent down to you manifest Ayat and none disbelieve in them but Fasiqun (those who rebel against Allah's command).
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
