surah Maarij aya 11 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿يُبَصَّرُونَهُمْ ۚ يَوَدُّ الْمُجْرِمُ لَوْ يَفْتَدِي مِنْ عَذَابِ يَوْمِئِذٍ بِبَنِيهِ﴾
[ المعارج: 11]
70:11 They will be shown each other. The criminal will wish that he could be ransomed from the punishment of that Day by his children
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishEach human will see their relatives clearly, yet despite that no one will ask another due to the horror of the scenario.
The one deserving of the hellfire will wish to present his children to the punishment instead of himself.

Though they shall be made to see one another [(i.e. on the Day of Resurrection), there will be none but see his father, children and relatives, but he will neither speak to them nor will ask them for any help)], - the Mujrim, (criminal, sinner, disbeliever, etc.) would desire to ransom himself from the punishment of that Day by his children.

Though they will be put in sight of each other,- the sinner's desire will be: Would that he could redeem himself from the Penalty of that Day by (sacrificing) his children,
