surah Anam aya 117 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ مَن يَضِلُّ عَن سَبِيلِهِ ۖ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ﴾
[ الأنعام: 117]
6:117 Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who strays from His way, and He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishYour Lord, O Messenger, knows best those people who are misled from His path; and He knows best those who are rightly guided to it.
Nothing of that is hidden from Him.

Verily, your Lord! It is He Who knows best who strays from His Way, and He knows best the rightly guided ones.

Thy Lord knoweth best who strayeth from His way: He knoweth best who they are that receive His guidance.
