surah Anam aya 13 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿۞ وَلَهُ مَا سَكَنَ فِي اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ ۚ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ﴾
[ الأنعام: 13]
6:13 And to Him belongs that which reposes by night and by day, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishTo Allah alone belongs dominion of everything.
Whatever rests hidden in the night and whatever moves about openly in the day are all His servants and His creation: they are all under His domination and control.
He hears their statements and knows their actions, and will judge by them.

And to Him belongs whatsoever exists in the night and the day, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing."

Walahu ma sakana fee allayli waalnnahari wahuwa alssameeAAu alAAaleemu

To him belongeth all that dwelleth (or lurketh) in the night and the day. For he is the one who heareth and knoweth all things."
