﴿وَالْقَمَرِ إِذَا اتَّسَقَ﴾
[ الانشقاق: 18]
84:18 And [by] the moon when it becomes full
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd the moon when it comes together and is complete becoming a full moon.

And by the moon when it is at the full,

Waalqamari itha ittasaqa

And the Moon in her fullness:
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And the moon when it Ittasaq.
