surah Al Fath aya 22 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلَوْ قَاتَلَكُمُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَوَلَّوُا الْأَدْبَارَ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُونَ وَلِيًّا وَلَا نَصِيرًا﴾
[ الفتح: 22]
48:22 And if those [Makkans] who disbelieve had fought you, they would have turned their backs [in flight]. Then they would not find a protector or a helper.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishO believers! If those who disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger were to fight you, they would turn their backs, defeated and fleeing.
They would not find any guardian who would take care of their matter, nor any helper who would help them in fighting against you.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
And if those who disbelieve fight against you, they certainly would have turned their backs, then they would have found neither a Wali (protector) nor a helper.
phonetic Transliteration
Walaw qatalakumu allatheena kafaroo lawallawoo aladbara thumma la yajidoona waliyyan wala naseeran
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
If the Unbelievers should fight you, they would certainly turn their backs; then would they find neither protector nor helper.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And if those who disbelieve fight against you, they certainly would have turned their backs; then they would have found neither a protector nor a helper.

Had the infidels warred against you -at Hodaibyiah- they would have withdrawn hastily and taken flight and never would they have found any who would fight for their safety nor any who would afford them help
Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi
(48:22) Had the unbelievers fought against you at that time, they would have turned their backs (in flight), and would have found none to protect or help them. *41
And if those [Makkans] who disbelieve had fought you, they would have meaning
*41) That is, "Allah did not prevent fighting at Hudaibiyah because there was a possibility of your being defeated there, but there were other reasons for it, which are being stated in the following verses. Had that factor not been there and AIlah had allowed the war to take place, the disbelievers would surely have been routed and Makkah would have fallen to you at that very time. "

یہ کافر لوگ اگر اِس وقت تم سے لڑ گئے ہوتے تو یقیناً پیٹھ پھیر جاتے اور کوئی حامی و مددگار نہ پاتے
