7:22 So he made them fall, through deception. And when they tasted of the tree, their private parts became apparent to them, and they began to fasten together over themselves from the leaves of Paradise. And their Lord called to them, "Did I not forbid you from that tree and tell you that Satan is to you a clear enemy?"
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishSo Satan brought them down from their high position through trickery and deception.
When they ate from the tree which they had been forbidden to eat from, their private parts became exposed and visible to them.
So they started to fix leaves from Paradise onto themselves in order to cover up.
Their Lord called to them: 'Did I not forbid you both from eating from this tree, and did I not warn you that Satan is your clear enemy?'
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
So he misled them with deception. Then when they tasted of the tree, that which was hidden from them of their shame (private parts) became manifest to them and they began to stick together the leaves of Paradise over themselves (in order to cover their shame). And their Lord called out to them (saying): "Did I not forbid you that tree and tell you: Verily, Shaitan (Satan) is an open enemy unto you?"

Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
So by deceit he brought about their fall: when they tasted of the tree, their shame became manifest to them, and they began to sew together the leaves of the garden over their bodies. And their Lord called unto them: "Did I not forbid you that tree, and tell you that Satan was an avowed enemy unto you?"
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

سورة: الأعراف - آية: ( 22 ) - جزء: ( 8 ) - صفحة: ( 152 )Almuntakhab Fi Tafsir Alquran Alkarim
No sooner did they have a taste of the fruit of the forbidden tree than their private parts were exposed, and they realized, then, how shameful this was. They kept collecting leaves from the trees in Paradise to cover their naked bodies, which aroused their sense of shame. There and then, did Allah, their Creator, summon them by a call and say to them: Did I not command you both to keep off this tree, and say to you that AL-Shaytan was and shall always be your avowed enemy
Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi
(7:22) Thus Satan brought about their fall by deceit. And when they tasted of the tree, their shame became vislible to them, and both began to cover themselves with leaves from the Garden.
