﴿لَا يُسْأَلُ عَمَّا يَفْعَلُ وَهُمْ يُسْأَلُونَ﴾
[ الأنبياء: 23]
21:23 He is not questioned about what He does, but they will be questioned.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd Allah is alone in His kingdom and decree.
Nobody can ask Him what He has decreed and ordered, whilst He will ask His servants about their actions and will reward them accordingly.
