Then by the Lord of the heaven and earth, indeed, it is (51:23)

﴿فَوَرَبِّ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُ لَحَقٌّ مِّثْلَ مَا أَنَّكُمْ تَنطِقُونَ﴾
[ الذاريات: 23]

51:23 Then by the Lord of the heaven and earth, indeed, it is truth - just as [sure as] it is that you are speaking.

By the Lord of the heavens and earth, the resurrection is true without any doubt, just as there is no doubt in your speech when you speak.

Then, by the Lord of the heaven and the earth, it is the truth (i.e. what has been promised to you), just as it is the truth that you can speak.

Fawarabbi alssamai waalardi innahu lahaqqun mithla ma annakum tantiqoona

Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation

Then, by the Lord of heaven and earth, this is the very Truth, as much as the fact that ye can speak intelligently to each other.

Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

Then by the Lord of the heaven and the earth, it is the truth, just as you can speak.
