﴿وَمَا هُوَ بِقَوْلِ شَيْطَانٍ رَّجِيمٍ﴾
[ التكوير: 25]
81:25 And the Qur'an is not the word of a devil, expelled [from the heavens].
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThis Qur’ān is not the speech of a satan distanced from Allah’s mercy.

And it (the Quran) is not the word of the outcast Shaitan (Satan).

Wama huwa biqawli shaytanin rajeemin

Nor is it the word of an evil spirit accursed.
