surah Tin aya 3 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَهَٰذَا الْبَلَدِ الْأَمِينِ﴾
[ التين: 3]
95:3 And [by] this secure city [Makkah],
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd He takes an oath on Makkah, the sacred city which gives sanctuary to whoever enters it, and in which Muhammad ( peace be upon him ) was sent as a Messenger.

And by this city of security (Makkah).

Wahatha albaladi alameeni

And this City of security,-
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
By this city of security.
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
95:3 And [by] this secure city [Makkah], translate in arabic
Almuntakhab Fi Tafsir Alquran Alkarim
And by this town -Macca-, the haven which confers security (where you Muhammad were chosen for the final mission)
