﴿مَن يَأْتِيهِ عَذَابٌ يُخْزِيهِ وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيْهِ عَذَابٌ مُّقِيمٌ﴾
[ الزمر: 40]
39:40 To whom will come a torment disgracing him and on whom will descend an enduring punishment."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishSoon you will come to know who will be punished in this world in a way that disgraces and humiliates them, and upon whom an everlasting permanent punishment will come in the Hereafter.

Man yateehi AAathabun yukhzeehi wayahillu AAalayhi AAathabun muqeemun

"Who it is to whom comes a Penalty of ignominy, and on whom descends a Penalty that abides."
