[ القمر: 47]
54:47 Indeed, the criminals are in error and madness.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThose who are guilty of disbelief and sins are astray from the truth and in punishment and difficulty.

Verily, the Mujrimun (polytheists, disbelievers, sinners, criminals, etc.) are in error (in this world) and will burn (in the Hell-fire in the Hereafter).
