﴿ذُقْ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْعَزِيزُ الْكَرِيمُ﴾
[ الدخان: 49]
44:49 [It will be said], "Taste! Indeed, you are the honored, the noble!
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishIt will be said to him, mockingly: “Taste this painful punishment.
You are the mighty who is not treated unjustly, noble amongst your people.

"Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous!

Thuq innaka anta alAAazeezu alkareemu

"Taste thou (this)! Truly wast thou mighty, full of honour!
