surah Yasin aya 58 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿سَلَامٌ قَوْلًا مِّن رَّبٍّ رَّحِيمٍ﴾
[ يس: 58]
36:58 [And] "Peace," a word from a Merciful Lord.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishOver and above this bliss they will have peace that they will get, as a statement from a Lord Who is merciful to them.
When He will greet them with peace they will attain peace and safety from all sides and they will obtain the greeting that no other greeting can surpass.

(It will be said to them): Salamun (peace be on you), a Word from the Lord (Allah), Most Merciful.

Salamun qawlan min rabbin raheemin
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
"Peace!" - a word (of salutation) from a Lord Most Merciful!
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
(It will be said to them): "Salam (Peace!)" -- a Word from the Lord, Most Merciful.
