surah Anfal aya 59 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلَا يَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا سَبَقُوا ۚ إِنَّهُمْ لَا يُعْجِزُونَ﴾
[ الأنفال: 59]
8:59 And let not those who disbelieve think they will escape. Indeed, they will not cause failure [to Allah].
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe disbelievers should not think that they have escaped from Allah’s punishment, because they cannot do so.
Instead, it will surely fall upon them.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
And let not those who disbelieve think that they can outstrip (escape from the punishment). Verily, they will never be able to save themselves (from Allah's Punishment).

Wala yahsabanna allatheena kafaroo sabaqoo innahum la yuAAjizoona
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Let not the unbelievers think that they can get the better (of the godly): they will never frustrate (them).
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And let not those who disbelieve think that they can outstrip (escape from the punishment). Verily, they will never be able to save themselves (from Allah's punishment).
