surah Qasas aya 66 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿فَعَمِيَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الْأَنبَاءُ يَوْمَئِذٍ فَهُمْ لَا يَتَسَاءَلُونَ﴾
[ القصص: 66]
28:66 But the information will be unapparent to them that Day, so they will not [be able to] ask one another.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishSo that which they can argue with will become hidden to them and they will not mention anything.
They will not ask one another, due to the frightening shock they will be in, because they will know for sure they are heading towards the punishment.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
Then the news of a good answer will be obscured to them on that day, and they will not be able to ask one another.

FaAAamiyat AAalayhimu alanbao yawmaithin fahum la yatasaaloona
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Then the (whole) story that Day will seem obscure to them (like light to the blind) and they will not be able (even) to question each other.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Then the news of a good answer will be obscured to them on that Day, and they will not be able to ask one another.
