﴿فَدَعَا رَبَّهُ أَنِّي مَغْلُوبٌ فَانتَصِرْ﴾
[ القمر: 10]

54:10 So he invoked his Lord, "Indeed, I am overpowered, so help."

Noah called unto His Lord saying: My people have overwhelmed me and they did not respond to me.
So take retribution from them by a punishment that you send down on them.
