﴿قَالَ فَبِعِزَّتِكَ لَأُغْوِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ﴾
[ ص: 82]
38:82 [Iblees] said, "By your might, I will surely mislead them all
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishIblis said: “I swear by Your power and domination that I shall misguide all of the children of Adam.

[Iblis (Satan)] said: "By Your Might, then I will surely mislead them all,

Qala fabiAAizzatika laoghwiyannahum ajmaAAeena

(Iblis) said: "Then, by Thy power, I will put them all in the wrong,-
