surah Maryam aya 9 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿قَالَ كَذَٰلِكَ قَالَ رَبُّكَ هُوَ عَلَيَّ هَيِّنٌ وَقَدْ خَلَقْتُكَ مِن قَبْلُ وَلَمْ تَكُ شَيْئًا﴾
[ مريم: 9]
19:9 [An angel] said, "Thus [it will be]; your Lord says, 'It is easy for Me, for I created you before, while you were nothing.' "
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe angel said: “The matter is as you have said, namely that your wife is barren and that you have reached the limit of old age and weakness of bones.
However, your Lord said: For your Lord to create John from a barren mother and a father who has reached the extreme old age is easy.
And I created you before this, O Zechariah, whilst you were not something to be mentioned as you were non-existent”.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
He said: "So (it will be). Your Lord says; It is easy for Me. Certainly I have created you before, when you had been nothing!"
phonetic Transliteration
Qala kathalika qala rabbuka huwa AAalayya hayyinun waqad khalaqtuka min qablu walam taku shayan
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
He said: "So (it will be) thy Lord saith, 'that is easy for Me: I did indeed create thee before, when thou hadst been nothing!'"
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
He said: "Thus your Lord says: `It is easy for Me. Certainly I have created you before, when you had been nothing!"') [19:8-9]

(19:9) In answer, it was said, "So shall it be. Your Lord says, `This is easy for Me, even as I created you before this, when you were nothing at all' ." *6

جواب ملا "ایسا ہی ہو گا تیرا رب فرماتا ہے کہ یہ تو میرے لیے ایک ذرا سی بات ہے، آخر اس سے پہلے میں تجھے پیدا کر چکا ہوں جب کہ تو کوئی چیز نہ تھا"
