surah Anbiya aya 99 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿لَوْ كَانَ هَٰؤُلَاءِ آلِهَةً مَّا وَرَدُوهَا ۖ وَكُلٌّ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ﴾
[ الأنبياء: 99]
21:99 Had these [false deities] been [actual] gods, they would not have come to it, but all are eternal therein.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishIf these worshipped things were in reality gods that were worthy of being worshipped, they would not be entering the hellfire with their worshippers.
Yet they shall all be entering it, having to remain in it forever, never to come out of it.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
Had these (idols, etc.) been aliha (gods), they would not have entered there (Hell), and all of them will abide therein.

Law kana haolai alihatan ma waradooha wakullun feeha khalidoona
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
If these had been gods, they would not have got there! but each one will abide therein.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Had these been gods, they would not have entered there (Hell), and all of them will abide therein forever.
