Quran 10:101 Tafsir Al-Jalalayn
Say to the disbelievers of Mecca ‘Behold what is in the heavens and in the earth!’ of signs indicating God’s Oneness exalted be He. But signs and warners nudhur is the plural of nadhīr that is messengers do not avail a folk who will not believe according to God’s knowledge in other words these signs and warners will not benefit them.
Almuntakhab Fi Tafsir Alquran Alkarim
Say to them -the infidels-: Look attentively and contemplate mentally and take note of all that is in the heavens and on earth, all indicating an Omnipotent unique Maker! But what shall it advantage a man and what good do the signs and the warnings do to a people who simply refuse to recognize Allah and heed Him
Quran 10:101 Tafsir Ibn Kathir
The Command to reflect upon the Creation of the Heavens and the Earth
Allah, the Exalted, guides His servants to reflect upon His blessings.
What Allah has created in the heavens and the earth is part of the clear signs for those who possess correct understanding.
From that which is in the heavens are the luminous stars, the firmaments, the moving planetary bodies, the sun and the moon.
This also includes the night and day, their alternating, and their merging so that one is long and the other is short.
Then they alternate ( through the year ) so that the long one becomes short and the short one becomes long.
Likewise, from the signs in the heavens is the rising of the sun, its vastness, its beauty and its adornment.
Also, whatever rain that Allah sends down from the heavens, thereby bringing the earth to life after its death, and causing various types of fruits, crops, flowers and plants to grow, is from its signs.
Whatever Allah creates in the earth from the various species of beasts, with their differing colors and benefits ( for man ), are signs.
The mountains, plains, deserts, civilizations, structures and barren lands of the earth are signs.
Then there are the wonders of the sea and its waves.
Yet, it still has been made subservient and submissive to those who travel upon its surface.
It carries their ships, allowing them to traverse upon it with ease.
This is all under the control of the Most Able; there is no God worthy of worship except Him and there is no true Lord other than Him.
Concerning Allah's statement,
( But neither Ayat nor warners benefit those who do not believe. ) This means, `What thing will benefit such disbelieving people besides the heavenly and earthly signs, and the Messengers with their miracles, proofs and evidences that clearly prove the truthfulness of their message' This is similar to Allah's statement,
( Truly! Those against whom the Word of your Lord has been justified, will not believe. ) 10:96 Concerning Allah's statement,
( Then do they wait save for the likes of the days of men who passed away before them ) This means, `Are these who reject you Muhammad ﷺ, waiting for the vengeance and torment like the Days of Allah, when He punished those who came before them of the previous nations that rejected their Messengers'
( Say: "Wait then, I am waiting with you among those who wait." Then We save Our Messengers and those who believe! ) This means, `Verily, We destroy those who reject the Messengers.'
( Thus it is incumbent upon Us to save the believers. ) This means that this is a right that Allah, the Exalted, has obligated upon His Noble Self.
This is similar to His statement,
( Your Lord has written (prescribed ) mercy for Himself) 6:54
Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi
(10:101) Tell them: 'Observe carefully all that is in the heavens and the earth.' But no signs and warnings can avail those who are bent on not believing. *105
Say, "Observe what is in the heavens meaning
*105).
This is the final and categorical response to the unbelievers.
The unbelievers had asked that they be shown some convincing sign that would make them confirm the truth of the Prophet's claim to prophethood.
Here they are being told that if the unbelievers had any desire to seek and accept the truth, there are innumerable signs scattered throughout the heavens and the earth, signs that are more than sufficient to convince them about the truth of the Prophet's message.
All one needed to do was to look around with open eyes and to reflect on what one observes.
Conversely, if there are some people who have no inclination to seek the truth, then no signs - howsoever extraordinary and wonder-provoking they may be - will help them to have faith.
For, whenever such people witness any such sign, they cry out, as did Pharaoh and his chiefs, that it is 'plain sorcery' ( see verse 76 above ).
Those who are afflicted with such a sickness, wake up to the truth only when God's punishment befalls them in all its horror.
An instance in point is Pharaoh's realization of the truth as he faced death by drowning ( see verse 90 above ).
But to repent only when one is being seized by God's wrath is of no avail.

( Say ) to them, O Muhammad: ( Behold what is in the heavens ): the sun, the moon and the stars ( and the earth ) what is in the earth: the trees, beasts, mountains and oceans! These are all signs for you. ( But revelations and warnings ) the messengers ( avail not folk who will not believe ) as it is in Allah’s foreknowledge.

Say: "Behold all that is in the heavens and the earth," but neither Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) nor warners benefit those who believe not.
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".

Ayats from Quran in English
- Then [for him is] rest and bounty and a garden of pleasure.
- So do not assert similarities to Allah. Indeed, Allah knows and you do not know.
- From both of them emerge pearl and coral.
- But if the right is theirs, they come to him in prompt obedience.
- And We had gripped them with suffering [as a warning], but they did not yield
- Indeed, those who have believed then disbelieved, then believed, then disbelieved, and then increased in
- And among them are those who listen to you. But can you cause the deaf
- Then has there not been a [single] city that believed so its faith benefited it
- And gardens and springs.
- Have the disbelievers [not] been rewarded [this Day] for what they used to do?
