Surah Yunus ayat 55 Tafsir Quran 10:55

﴿أَلَا إِنَّ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۗ أَلَا إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ﴾
[ يونس: 55]

10:55 Unquestionably, to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth. Unquestionably, the promise of Allah is truth, but most of them do not know

Why surely to God belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth. Why surely God’s promise of resurrection and requital is true is fixed but most of them people do not know this.

Indeed, to Allah alone belongs all that exists, be it visible or invisible, in the heavens and on earth. In point of fact the promise uttered by Allah is the truth personified but most of them -the infidels- do not seem to realize this fact

No doubt, surely, all that is in the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah.
No doubt, surely, Allah's promise is true.
But most of them know not ( 55 )It is He Who gives life, and causes death, and to Him you ( all ) shall return.) Allah is the Owner of the heavens and earth.
His promise is true and is indeed going to be fulfilled.
He is the One Who gives life and causes death.
To Him is the return of everyone, and He is the One who has the power over that, and the One Who knows everything about every creature; its deterioration, and where every speck of it has gone, be it land, oceans or otherwis ( 56 )

No doubt, surely, all that is in the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah.
No doubt, surely, Allah's promise is true.
But most of them know not ( 55 )It is He Who gives life, and causes death, and to Him you ( all ) shall return.) Allah is the Owner of the heavens and earth.

( Lo! verily all that is in the heavens and the earth ) of created beings and marvels ( is Allah’s. Lo! verily Allah’s promise is true ) resurrection after death will truly take place. ( But most of them know not ) most of them do not believe.

No doubt, surely, all that is in the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah. No doubt, surely, Allah's Promise is true. But most of them know not.
