surah Yunus aya 55 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿أَلَا إِنَّ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۗ أَلَا إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ﴾
[ يونس: 55]
10:55 Unquestionably, to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth. Unquestionably, the promise of Allah is truth, but most of them do not know
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe control of whatever is in the heavens and earth is only Allah’s.
Allah’s promise of punishment for the disbelievers will undoubtedly occur, but most of them do not know that and are therefore in doubt.

No doubt, surely, all that is in the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah. No doubt, surely, Allah's Promise is true. But most of them know not.

Is it not (the case) that to Allah belongeth whatever is in the heavens and on earth? Is it not (the case) that Allah's promise is assuredly true? Yet most of them understand not.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
No doubt, surely, all that is in the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah. No doubt, surely, Allah's promise is true. But most of them know not.
