surah Araf aya 10 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلَقَدْ مَكَّنَّاكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَجَعَلْنَا لَكُمْ فِيهَا مَعَايِشَ ۗ قَلِيلًا مَّا تَشْكُرُونَ﴾
[ الأعراف: 10]
7:10 And We have certainly established you upon the earth and made for you therein ways of livelihood. Little are you grateful.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAllah certainly established you, O children of Adam, on the earth, and gave you the means of making a living.
You should be thankful to Allah for that, but you give little thanks.

And surely, We gave you authority on the earth and appointed for you therein provisions (for your life). Little thanks do you give.

Walaqad makkannakum fee alardi wajaAAalna lakum feeha maAAayisha qaleelan ma tashkuroona

It is We Who have placed you with authority on earth, and provided you therein with means for the fulfilment of your life: small are the thanks that ye give!
