surah TaHa aya 100 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿مَّنْ أَعْرَضَ عَنْهُ فَإِنَّهُ يَحْمِلُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وِزْرًا﴾
[ طه: 100]
20:100 Whoever turns away from it - then indeed, he will bear on the Day of Resurrection a burden,
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishWhoever turns away from this Qur’ān which has been revealed to you and does not believe in it and act accordingly will come on the Day of Judgment carrying great sin and deserving a painful punishment.

Whoever turns away from it (this Quran i.e. does not believe in it, nor acts on its orders), verily, they will bear a heavy burden (of sins) on the Day of Resurrection,

Man aAArada AAanhu fainnahu yahmilu yawma alqiyamati wizran

If any do turn away therefrom, verily they will bear a burden on the Day of judgment;
