surah Inshiqaq aya 15 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿بَلَىٰ إِنَّ رَبَّهُ كَانَ بِهِ بَصِيرًا﴾
[ الانشقاق: 15]
84:15 But yes! Indeed, his Lord was ever of him, Seeing.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishIndeed, Allah will bring him back to life just as He created him the first time.
His Lord was watchful of his condition.
Nothing of that was hidden from Him and He will give him the recompense for his actions.

Yes! Verily, his Lord has been ever beholding him!

Bala inna rabbahu kana bihi baseeran
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Nay, nay! for his Lord was (ever) watchful of him!
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Yes! Verily, his Lord has been ever beholding him!
