﴿وَأَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ ۚ فَإِن تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَإِنَّمَا عَلَىٰ رَسُولِنَا الْبَلَاغُ الْمُبِينُ﴾
[ التغابن: 12]

English - Sahih International

64:12 And obey Allah and obey the Messenger; but if you turn away - then upon Our Messenger is only [the duty of] clear notification.

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

Follow Allah and follow the Messenger.
If you turn away from what the Messenger brought to you, then the sin of such turning away is to your detriment.
The Messenger’s duty is only to convey what I have instructed him to convey, and He has conveyed what he was instructed to convey.

Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger (Muhammad SAW), but if you turn away, then the duty of Our Messenger is only to convey (the Message) clearly.
