﴿وَالصُّبْحِ إِذَا أَسْفَرَ﴾
[ المدثر: 34]
74:34 And [by] the morning when it brightens,
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishHe took an oath by the morning when it lights up.

And by the dawn when it brightens,

Waalssubhi itha asfara

And by the Dawn as it shineth forth,-
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And by the dawn when it brightens.
