14:16 Before him is Hell, and he will be given a drink of purulent water.

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

Hellfire is in front of this arrogant person, awaiting him.
He will be given the puss that oozes from the people of Hellfire to drink, but it will not quench his thirst.
He will continue to be punished with thirst and other types of punishments.

Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

In front of him (every obstinate, arrogant dictator) is Hell, and he will be made to drink boiling, festering water.

Min waraihi jahannamu wayusqa min main sadeedin
