surah Hajj aya 16 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَنزَلْنَاهُ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ يَهْدِي مَن يُرِيدُ﴾
[ الحج: 16]
22:16 And thus have We sent the Qur'an down as verses of clear evidence and because Allah guides whom He intends.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishJust as I explained the clear proofs for resurrection, I revealed the Qur’ān to Muhammad ( peace be upon him ) as clear verses, and Allah enables whomever He wishes through His grace to the path of guidance and righteousness.
