surah Nisa aya 174 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ قَدْ جَاءَكُم بُرْهَانٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَأَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكُمْ نُورًا مُّبِينًا﴾
[ النساء: 174]
4:174 O mankind, there has come to you a conclusive proof from your Lord, and We have sent down to you a clear light.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishO People, a clear proof and plain evidence, which leaves no room for excuse and removes all doubt, has come to you from your Lord.
He has sent down to you a clear light in the form of this Qur’ān, which falsehood cannot touch from any angle and which is a revelation from the Wise and Praised One.

O mankind! Verily, there has come to you a convincing proof (Prophet Muhammad SAW) from your Lord, and We sent down to you a manifest light (this Quran).

Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
O mankind! verily there hath come to you a convincing proof from your Lord: For We have sent unto you a light (that is) manifest.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
O mankind! Verily, there has come to you a convincing proof from your Lord; and We sent down to you a manifest light.
