surah Fajr aya 18 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلَا تَحَاضُّونَ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ﴾
[ الفجر: 18]
89:18 And you do not encourage one another to feed the poor.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishNeither do any of you encourage the other in feeding the poor person who cannot find anything to consume.

And urge not on the feeding of AlMiskin (the poor)!

Wala tahaddoona AAala taAAami almiskeeni

Nor do ye encourage one another to feed the poor!-

And urge not one another on the feeding of the Miskin!
