Be not deceived by the [uninhibited] movement of the disbelievers throughout the (3:196)

﴿لَا يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فِي الْبِلَادِ﴾
[ آل عمران: 196]

3:196 Be not deceived by the [uninhibited] movement of the disbelievers throughout the land.

O Prophet, do not feel burdened nor distressed by the movement of the disbelievers in the land, and their power and the extent of their trade and provision.
All of this is passing, and all that they will have left is their bad deeds.

Let not the free disposal (and affluence) of the disbelievers throughout the land deceive you.

La yaghurrannaka taqallubu allatheena kafaroo fee albiladi

Let not the strutting about of the Unbelievers through the land deceive thee:

Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

Let not the free disposal (and affluence) of the disbelievers throughout the land deceive you.
