﴿يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَاءُ وَيَرْحَمُ مَن يَشَاءُ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ﴾
[ العنكبوت: 21]
29:21 He punishes whom He wills and has mercy upon whom He wills, and to Him you will be returned.
