And We had certainly sent Noah to his people, and he said, (23:23)

﴿وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًا إِلَىٰ قَوْمِهِ فَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَٰهٍ غَيْرُهُ ۖ أَفَلَا تَتَّقُونَ﴾
[ المؤمنون: 23]

23:23 And We had certainly sent Noah to his people, and he said, "O my people, worship Allah; you have no deity other than Him; then will you not fear Him?"

Indeed, I sent Noah ( peace be upon him ) to his people to call them towards Allah, so he said to them, “O my people! Worship Allah only; you do not have any true deity except Him, may He be glorified.
Will you not be mindful of Allah by fulfilling His commands and refraining from His prohibitions?”

And indeed We sent Nuh (Noah) to his people, and he said: "O my people! Worship Allah! You have no other Ilah (God) but Him (Islamic Monotheism). Will you not then be afraid (of Him i.e. of His Punishment because of worshipping others besides Him)?"

phonetic Transliteration

Walaqad arsalna noohan ila qawmihi faqala ya qawmi oAAbudoo Allaha ma lakum min ilahin ghayruhu afala tattaqoona

Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation

(Further, We sent a long line of prophets for your instruction). We sent Noah to his people: He said, "O my people! worship Allah! Ye have no other god but Him. Will ye not fear (Him)?"

Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

And indeed We sent Nuh to his people, and he said: "O my people! Worship Allah! You have no other God but Him. Will you not then have Taqwa"
