﴿إِلَّا مَن تَوَلَّىٰ وَكَفَرَ﴾
[ الغاشية: 23]
88:23 However, he who turns away and disbelieves -

Illa man tawalla wakafara

But if any turn away and reject Allah,-
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
