surah Lail aya 3 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَمَا خَلَقَ الذَّكَرَ وَالْأُنثَىٰ﴾
[ الليل: 3]
92:3 And [by] He who created the male and female,
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd He takes an oath on His creating the two genders: The male and female.

And by Him Who created male and female;

Wama khalaqa alththakara waalontha
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
By (the mystery of) the creation of male and female;-
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
By Him Who created male and female.
